Services

1. Consultation, diagnosis & treatment planning (medical history, clinical exam, radiographs; CBCT when indicated).

2. Local anesthesia & surgical preparation (case-based planning to maximize safety and comfort).

3. Simple tooth extractions (routine removals).

4. Surgical/complex extractions (broken teeth, retained roots, difficult extractions).

5. Wisdom tooth (third molar) evaluation & surgery (impacted/erupted third molars; monitoring vs removal based on clinical need).

6. Management of odontogenic infections & abscesses (source control; incision & drainage when required).

7. Periradicular surgery (Apicoectomy) for selected cases when root canal treatment alone is not sufficient.

8. Oral biopsy & removal of cysts/benign lesions (diagnosis and surgical management of oral/jaw lesions).

9. Pre-prosthetic oral surgery to prepare gums/bone for dentures, crowns, or implants (e.g., ridge recontouring / alveoloplasty, soft-tissue corrections as indicated).

10. Socket (ridge) preservation after extraction to reduce post-extraction bone loss and support future implant planning.

11. Bone grafting & ridge augmentation (including GBR when indicated) to rebuild jawbone volume for implant placement.

12. Sinus floor elevation (Sinus Lift) for insufficient bone height in the posterior upper jaw, with evidence-based case selection.

13. Dental implant placement with correct timing (immediate / early / late) based on clinical indications.

14. Implant loading protocols (immediate / early / conventional) planned according to stability and risk assessment.

15. Second-stage implant procedures (uncovering/healing abutment) and coordination for final restoration (implant crown/bridge/denture).

16. Post-treatment follow-up & peri-implant maintenance, plus evidence-based management of peri-implant mucositis/peri-implantitis when needed.
